If you have already purchased a recurring order oh Shakeology, then you may be getting your monthly shipments at time. While placing an order with Shakeology is not that hard, many customers seem to have a hard time in cancelling their subscription. Cancelling a Home Direct Order
A home-direct Shakeology order is one where a monthly shipment of the specified quantity is delivered each month. In this order, you are also provided a notification email 7 days before the shipping of each monthly order, which informs you about the flavor, size as well s the shipping address of the package. If you are looking to cancel such an order, then you have two options to do that- by phone or by chat.
If you wish to cancel the Shakeology order by phone then you can call at (800) 240-0913 or (800) 470-7870, and inform the representative that you wish to cancel your Shakeology order. While this may seem like the fastest order, the manufacturers advise that the fastest turnaround time is for orders cancelled by chat. You can chat with the customer care online through the chat, and request them for cancelling your order.
In order to cancel the order, you will be required to provide the email ID that you used while creating the order. For certain cases, the customer or order number may also be required in order to assist for faster processing of the cancellation. The orders can also be modified instead of complete cancellation if required.
Special cases during cancellation
If you are a coach and have to submit a cancellation request on behalf of another one, then you can do that. For this, coaches are required to provide a Management Consent Form, which allows another coach to modify and access changes to their order. Only those coaches who have been authorized in the form will be allowed to cancel the order. Coaches cannot cancel an order on behalf of their customers, and no consent form is available to do the same.
Once the order cancellation has been processed, an email is sent to the email of record for the Coach as listed.
After cancellation request has been submitted
Once a cancellation has been submitted, you must allow for some time for processing. In order to avoid charging of any future payment, the request of cancellation needs to be submitted at least 3 days before the next payment is to be made.
Cancellation of a home-direct order does not cancel the account of the Coach. However, modification or cancellation does affect the qualification of the Coach for any future promotional programs and contests. This depends on what form of modification or cancellation of the order was done. I. case a Coach wishes to reorder, then the entire procedure will have to be done by visiting the Shakeology website.
