Maintain An Ideal Body Weight By Adopting These Habits

Overweight is always a matter of concern for every individual around the globe. You have started hating yourself, stopped going in front of the mirror, losing of self-confidence, getting verbally bullied by others, clothes are no more fitting your physique and to add extra oil on the fire- you are getting ill more often than before. What is the reason? You have become FAT.

Not everybody who has got some added kilos or lbs to his or her physical frame can be called as fat. A little extra is okay, and we can term it as healthy. Gradually, it goes towards obesity which is utterly dangerous both for health and looks. Only thinking of adopting healthy habits won’t solve the purpose. Proper exercise, holistic lifestyle along with intake of right foods that burn fat magically helps in recovering the overall physical as well as mental health.

Body fat can be excess due to several factors other than unhealthy food and lack of exercise, the major of which contributes to the sleeplessness. Others are steatosis conditions, depression, stress, maternal obesity, sedentary activity, medications like Corticosteroids, Neuroleptics, Antidepressants, Epilepsy drugs, contraceptives, BP and diabetes drugs; Polycystic Ovarian Syndromes, Metabolic Syndrome, Cushing’s Syndrome, Cancer, Thyroid issues, Eclampsia, Congestive Heart Failure, Lupus, etc. Again, a virus named AD-36 and pollutants like pesticides, BPA (Bisphenol-A) and PBDEs are in the culprit group triggering fat.

Now, excessive body fat can be curbed for sure, and it doesn’t take any back-breaking oath to do it. If the reasons are medicines and any internal issues like thyroid, hypertension, blood pressure, etc. doctors are always there to help you. But on your part, kilos of sugary food and lazy postures should be avoided at any cost.

Green tea, a wonder detox drink, a thermogenic resulting from the interaction between catechin polyphenols and caffeine with noradrenaline which works for stimulating the thermogenesis aka the brown adipose tissue. Loaded with antioxidants, it melts fat.

Lime is a miracle fruit, though not very palatable for your taste buds due to its acidic sourness, yet adds life to your beverages and cuisines. A power-hub of Vitamin C, minerals, phytonutrients and fiber, it brushes off the dangerous oxygen radicals keeping your metabolism function properly, and physiological processes operate deftly.

Your visceral fat can vanish in few days if you can stay apart from your food greed and strictly follow these scientifically-backed eating habits:

Firstly, eat more high protein (not red) meat. Fish, salmon, chicken, eggs, beans, legumes, seafood, dairy products, etc. can be your friends that reduce belly fat.

Secondly, pour some vinegar to your marinades, dressings, salads, etc. You can add apple cider vinegar to feel full, reduce the calorie intake and slows down the arrival of further fat. Plus, get normal blood sugar and a healthy heart.

Thirdly, get rid of unhealthy fats (Trans fat) and fill your stomach with healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, seeds, nuts. Don’t overeat. Cut down butter, mayonnaise, full cream and other vegetable oils.

Fourthly, make the sweet cold drinks and alcohol your enemies. Fresh fruit juice, lots of water, black and green tea, black/green coffee (moderate), coconut water, etc. can be your lifesaver and your skin care routines too.

Fifthly, make sure to cut down bad carbs like white bread, processed and polished white rice, flour, etc. Instead, eat wholesome cereals and good carbohydrates such as whole wheat, unpolished brown rice.

The bottom line is an hour of cardio, aerobics, swimming, interval and strength training, frequent small meals (every 3 hours) instead of large portions in 5-6 hours, getting adequate sleep of at least 8 hours a day, lifestyle modifications like taking stairs leaving lift, cleaning house, etc. along with the right kind of diet makes you slim, fit, elegant, happy and self-assured.
