It is not necessary that all the five treatments are practiced on an induvial, it differs from person to person.

Panchakarma helps prevent several ailments, including chronic diseases. It helps boost the immunity of your body and strengthens your metabolism. It flushes out all the harmful toxins from your body, promoting good health.

Before undergoing the Panchakarma treatment, one must undergo pre-treatment rituals. This helps prepare the body for the upcoming treatments and makes it beneficial.

Several traditional Ayurvedic massages were developed in Kerala, before rising in popularity.  These treatments are completely unique, and the practitioners use medicated Ayurvedic oils to perform this treatment

It is a swedana treatment in which the practitioners make use of medicinal leaves infused with medicated oils and essential oils. In this treatment, the leaves are applied to your whole body or a specific part of the body.
